What is Baby and Mummy Yoga?

Baby yoga is a combination of smooth exercises promoting a healthy development for the infant. It induces happy and active parent-infant interaction, offering quality physical stimulation through flowing postures, holding movements and deep relaxation. Mummy Yoga is a combination of postnatal exercises to improve the health of the new mum!

When can I bring my baby?
