Power Yoga

What is Power Yoga?

This year we make a new start with this new exciting class
for the yogis who would like to expand their practice further. This class has all the benefits of Hatha Yoga in a more powerful sequence and dynamic flow, which revitalises and tones your body.

Power Yoga expresses the powerful simplicity of yoga practice which functions through the balanced application of the five fundamental techniques. When stillness (asana), movement (vinyasa), integration (bandha), rhythm (pranayama) and awareness (drishti) are united they reveal the internal dynamics of integrity. This dynamic simultaneously recovers structural (alignment) and functional (respiration, circulation and motion) integrity and reveals their inherent unity. This unity is the dynamic expression of yoga.
