What is Yoga for Pregnancy?

Yoga is a great way of exercising when pregnant. It combines gentle stretches along with deep breathing and relaxation that allow free flow of energy to the growing foetus. Yoga is gentle and safe for all women as practice relies on the growing understanding of the effects of yoga on women’s physiology, supported by the latest scientific research and exchanges among midwives worldwide. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) now recommends that pregnant women should participate in moderate exercise.

Before I started the yoga I had a lot of back pain…even swimming didn’t stop it. After a month of Pregnancy Yoga, my back was like new and I came home so relaxed after each session. The teacher is very inspiring, so a ''Big thank you''. I would recommend it to everyone!
