Pregnancy Yoga

What is Yoga for Pregnancy?

Yoga is a great way of exercising when pregnant. It combines gentle stretches along with deep breathing and relaxation that allow free flow of energy to the growing foetus. Yoga is gentle and safe for all women as practice relies on the growing understanding of the effects of yoga on women’s physiology, supported by the latest scientific research and exchanges among midwives worldwide. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) now recommends that pregnant women should participate in moderate exercise on most days of the week.
