Elina is the founder of the Life Centre, has received the title of Yoga Siromani, Yoga Teacher from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in France. She was trained in the Gurukula system ("guru" is teacher and "kula" is home), the training by living with the Swamis, teachers. She qualified as a certified instructor for Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga, Baby Yoga and Massage from Birthlight, a leading training centre for perinatal yoga and babies in the UK. Also certified as Therapist for Pregnancy Massage from the Traditional Institute of Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy, London.
Holds certificates in Indian Head Massage and Aromatherapy. She has knowledge and experience in many holistic therapies. Elina has attented yoga workshops led by international yogis such as Dr. Francoise Barbira Freedman, Elizabeth Pauncz and Peter Sterios and also other established yoga teachers such as Jane Kersel, Chris Wallis, Swami Durgananda, Swami Sivadasananda and Swami Kailasananda.
Elina holds a Masters Degree in Arts and she has exhibited widely.

Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Healing Yoga
Nana Georgiou has been trained, amongst other schools, in the Sivananda Vedanta Ashram in India. She first began Yoga more than 15 years ago in Austria with Astrid Felsenreich, a student of Yogi Bhajan. She teaches Hatha, Kundalini, Power Yoga and she has also developed a system for Aqua Yoga. She is a dancer of classical South Indian dance Bharatanatyam. She continues her education next to India’s dance and Yoga teachers. She is a student of Radha Anjali, the best known Indian dancer in Austria.
Nana is a Reiki master of the Usui Shiki Ryoho School and has been trained in several healing and body treatments by Raison D’etre.
She has been a Yoga Instructor for ten years at Anassa Hotel and has performed several times, in many places, with her dancing teacher Radha Anjali.

Malvina has practiced Yoga for over 15 years. She has attended many yoga workshops, retreats and seminars. She is certified as a yoga teacher by YogaWorks Teacher Training in Greece, which combines Ashtanga (heat, flow and breathing), Iyengar (body alignments) and Vini Yoga (individualized modifications). To deepen her knowledge and update her education in yoga she continues to visit Greece to meet with old teachers and to study with new ones.

Ionna Georgantidou has been teaching Hatha Yoga since 1998. She has attended many professional courses and specialized seminars in Greece and abroad by the distinguished teachers BKS Iyengar and Sri TK Sribashyam. She holds the title for “Pregnancy Yoga Instructor” and diplomas for “Preparing Couples for Childbirth” and “Baby Yoga and Massage” (Yoga Birth Organization of Great Britain). She has taught in Maternity Hospital "Lito" in Athens. As an international member of the "Yoga Birth Organization" she has presented her work at the conferences. She has published articles on yoga and yoga during pregnancy in maternity and family journals and at www.yogaonline.com.
Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga
Andry began practising Yoga in 2003 after a serious knee injury from regular long-runs and Marathon running. Systematic Yoga practice has heeled her knee problems. Andry received her Yoga certification from Aura Wellness Centre in the US, after successfully completing with High Honors a 300 hour teacher training course. Her favourite teachers are Kathryn Budig, Dice Iida-Klein, Tiffany Cruikshank and of course the great Sri Dharma Mittra. Her style is influenced by Ashtanga, core work, arm balances and inversions. She always wants to make her classes fun, enjoyable but also challenging. Andry defines Yoga with her following mnemonic: Y – You, O – Open, G – the Gates of, A – Awareness. Apart from being a Yoga practitioner, Andry writes Yoga related articles published at www.aurawellnesscenter.com and teaches Sociolinguistics at the University of Nicosia.
