Yoga time is the only time of the day (of my life, actually!) completely dedicated to myself. Only during Yoga am I able to focus on myself, as I draw my attention to each position and to the muscles exercising each time. This means two things: - first, all other thoughts are shut out (as the mind can only think of one thing at a time!). Therefore I can truly get away of things that stress and worry me and relax - second, I have started to get to know and love my body. I have started to love myself! THANK YOU..

I have been suffering from migraines for the past ten years. I have visited numerous doctors and have had an MRI scan in order to diagnose the problem. All this without success. I decided to start Yoga and during these sessions Ms. Pavlidou had shown me certain exercises to do which would help ease the pain. During my latest attack I put these exercises to test. I applied them and lay down to sleep. Two hours later I woke up without a migraine, something that has never happened before. This was definitely the first time that a migraine attack lasted only a few hours. I have only just recently begun taking Yoga and I am confident that, at last I have found a non medical cure to, if not rid my migraines, at least alleviate the pain. Thanks Elina!! ..


Pregnancy Yoga

Before I started the yoga I had a lot of back pains…even swimming didn’t stop it. After a month of Pregnancy Yoga, my back was like new and I came home so relaxed after each session. The teacher is very inspiring, so a Big thank you. I would strongly recommend it to everyone! - Lucille

Pregnancy yoga was fantastic exercise for the ever changing pregnant body, mind and soul. I believe that the calm and security that developed through the guided breathing and gentle movements transferred from me to my baby. Our supportive instructor, the friendly class environment, combined with the non impact routine which provided toning and conditioning as well as relaxation and visualization, all prepared me for the demands of childbirth. Baby Yoga and Massage

My first class in Yoga was Pregnancy and now I’m taking Baby Yoga. Baby Yoga has helped me to be calmer with my baby. The things Elina shows you in the class is amazing, it helps you later at home when your child is crying to calm him down with Baby Yoga. I wanted to let you know that after Maxim's first baby yoga class (he was exactly 5 months old), he became more aware of his feet and began grabbing them. Moreover, the day after class, he made his first turn from his back to his tummy without any help at all! Since then, he has been twisting and turning from back to tummy and from tummy to back with much excitement. He loves to move. I believe that it was a direct result of Baby Yoga class! The class is also a great social environment for babies and I recommend it all moms, dads, and babies. ..
