Christina Efthymiadou holds an ITEC diploma in Reflexology and Indian Head Massage although she also offers Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage therapies. She is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists - the largest therapy organization in the UK.

Amanda is an experienced Homeopath, Birth Doula, lecturer and mother of 5 wonderful children. She is a specialist in pregnancy, labour, the post-natal period and menopause, although everyone from babies to the elderly are welcome to attend her Homeopathic practice. She also supports women and their partners through gentle and informative birth education classes.

Tina Winning is a certified Thai Masseur. She graduated from two of the most well know schools in Northern Thailand (ITM and Old Medicine hospital) where she completed all her training.

Arlene studied Human Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Ulster, Coleraine, Northern Ireland. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition and is also a qualified personal trainer, fitness instructor and a Pilates instructor. Over the past decade, Arlene has worked extensively in the area of nutrition developing weight loss plans, advised members on their weight loss, and wrote numerous articles on topics related to nutrition. She works closely with all her clients to ensure effective results, with the success of her down to the fact that she re-educates people’s attitude to food.

He has worked with Sports Injuries, Pain Control, Stress Control and Meditation. He is known for his healing massage.

Mya Lowe

Worked within agencies as a counselor, family and play therapist before moving into a private practice as a psychotherapist. She was appointed as associate faculty of the Gestalt Institute of New Zealand where she provided training workshops to trainee therapists over three years. Mya supervised counselors and therapists both individually and in group settings. Mya uses art, in the form of mandalas, to record her inner journey, as well as a means of creative self-expression.
