Toddlers Yoga

What is Toddlers Yoga?

A supportive, fun-loving, and active yoga class. As toddler's
mobility increases, classes offer specific poses that encourage and support
their physical explorations. Toddlers become more confident in their moving bodies.
Parents also get to do a little yoga, but no yoga experience is required.

How does Toddlers Yoga help?
Toddlers will improve concentration and focus, stimulate their imagination and help to release energy in a fun, safe environment. Our Toddlers Yoga program also promotes inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem; a feeling of well-being, respect for others; and love for one's self.

When can my child/ren join Toddlers Yoga?
Offered periodically, with plenty of advanced notice through our monthly newsletter, website and social networks. Please book in advance if your interested and will call you when there is a workshop. Open to 1-3 year olds.
